Refund Policy

At Bouillon Flower & Garden, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We take pride in the quality of our flowers, plants, and garden products, and we do our best to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. However, because many of our items are perishable or custom-made, please review our refund policy carefully.

Perishable & Custom Products

Due to the nature of fresh flowers and live plants, we do not offer returns on perishable items unless there is a clear issue with the product quality or delivery.

If you receive damaged or incorrect items, please contact us within one week of delivery. We may request a photo to help resolve the issue quickly and fairly.

Non-Perishable Items

Non-perishable products (e.g., garden tools, pots, décor) may be eligible for return within 7 days of purchase if unused and in original packaging.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment once the item is received and inspected.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible:

  • Same-day or next-day delivery orders may not be canceled once they are being prepared or out for delivery.

  • Custom floral arrangements may be non-refundable once production has started.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at casie.spratt@yahoo.com with the following:

  • Your name and order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos (if applicable)

We’ll do our best to resolve the issue within 2 business days.
